High quality ceramic grinder mechanism by Crushgrind. Can be used for other herbs and spices with fully adjustable coarseness. Crushgrind the Danish manufacturer offers a 25 year warranty on the ceramic parts. It's one of the best mechanisms on the market, made with high quality standards.
Finished with a food grade blend of natural oils and waxes. (Osmo top oil) Easy to clean and refill

Rory and Jess are always helpful and easy to communicate with and Rory has a knack for revealing the best characteristics from his wonderful Australian timber collection. We have bought many sets over the years and have never been disappointed. My only suggestion would be that the timber used to make the grinders be noted (hand written would be fine) on the accompanying tag so the gift recipient knows what wood their set is created from. So glad we discovered you all those years ago
